At ALM GALERIA ARTE INTUITIVA, we want you to have an incredible shopping experience. If you need to exchange or return a product, please follow the guidelines below.

Conditions for Exchange or Return We accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defect: If your item has a defect, please contact us within 10 calendar days of receipt.
• Order error: If you received a different product from what you purchased, please notify us within 03 calendar days for correction.
• Cancellation or change of mind: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, you may request a return within 07 calendar days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Exchange or Return Process

1. Contact us: Send an email to [email protected] or a WhatsApp message to +5541995385031 with your order number, reason for the request and, if possible, photos of the product.
2. Request review: We will respond within 05 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
3. Product shipment: If the return is approved, we will send a postage code so you can ship the item at no additional cost (valid for defects or shipping errors).
4. Exchange or refund: After receiving and reviewing the product, we will process the exchange or refund according to the chosen option.

Deadlines and Refunds

• For exchanges, the new item will be shipped within 10 business days after return confirmation.
• For refunds, the amount will be returned via [original payment method, such as Pix, credit card or bank slip], following your bank or card operator's timelines.

General Conditions

• The product must show no signs of use or washing.
• Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return, except in case of defect.
• We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns if the above conditions are not met.
